Steve Harfst brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in the aviation industry. Steve has held multiple CEO and COO roles across commercial airlines and aviation services with a track record in operational excellence, organizational scaling, strategic transformation, safety programs, and global workforce management.
Steve has held key executive roles across major airlines and aviation firms. Most recently, Steve served as CEO Consultant for Aeronet Global Communications, Inc., advising on strategic and operational initiatives. Previously, as President & COO of Eastern Airlines LLC, he drove operational efficiency, enhanced customer experience, and led strategic growth. He also served as President of Propeller Airports, overseeing operational development and infrastructure projects. Earlier in his career, Steve was COO at Allegiant Air, managing all aspects of airline operations, and COO at IndiGo, where he played a pivotal role in building operational systems and scaling one of the world’s largest low-cost carriers.
His operational expertise is strengthened by his FAA Airline Transport Pilot license, providing unique technical insight and credibility across all aspects of airline operations.
