Senior Associate
Happy Saini is a Senior Associate at Terramont, focusing on infrastructure investments across the energy, transportation, and environmental sectors. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies in their growth and strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Terramont, Happy was part of the strategy and investment team at ADNOC, where he played a key role in deploying capital into traditional and climate-focused energy midstream and marine infrastructure assets. He brings a strong technical foundation, having started his career as an engineer before transitioning into corporate development and investment roles.
Happy holds an MS from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. His combined expertise in engineering, finance, and strategy enables him to drive value creation in infrastructure investing.
