
Chris Pih
PartnerChris is a co-founder and Partner of Terramont. In this role, Chris shares broad responsibilities in all areas of the firm’s investment activities.
Before forming Terramont, Chris was a managing director of investment banking at BofA Merrill Lynch. He had senior-level coverage responsibility for North American-based utilities, renewable power companies and private equity sponsors. Before BofA Merrill Lynch, Chris was a corporate lawyer at Sidley Austin, where his practice focused on M&A, project finance and capital markets. During his career, Chris led and advised on numerous multi-billion dollar strategic transactions for public and private infrastructure businesses, namely in the power, utilities and clean technology sectors.
Chris received a BA from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, a JD from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania-Wharton.
